Upcoming course – Yoga for posture improvement: The 7 steps to better posture

Your posture not only affects how you look.
It also affects your overall wellbeing.
And even possibly how long you live.

Improving posture isn’t something you can just do overnight. Poor posture habits get lodged in your body as part of a multi-dimensional process. So improving posture must be a multidimensional process as well. Therefore, developing healthy posture habits is not just a matter of ‘standing up straight.’ It must be part of a holistic, well-rounded approach.

To change our posture, we have to reeducate our body and our mind. Of course, we have to reeducate and reshape the soft tissues of our body: the muscles, the tendons, the connective tissue. But the we have to rewire the brain to develop a different sense of where the body is in space as well. And oftentimes we have to create an inner transformation too: to create a mindset that allows us to stand up proud and tall and claim our rightful place in the world, rather than hiding our light in a shy, crouched over posture.

What you will get out of The 7 steps for better posture course:
  • Better core awareness and support
  • Stronger back
