Private fertility yoga sessions can offer several advantages over group classes:

Practise tailored to your needs and monthly cycle: If you have any specific concerns or challenges related to fertility, such as stress, anxiety, or hormonal imbalances, a private session allows you to address them.  Also, importantly, classes can offer different practices depending on your monthly cycle.

Personalised attention: Working 1-2-1 will allow me to focus entirely on your individual needs, goals, and any physical issues you may have.

Flexibility and convenience: You can schedule private sessions at a time that works best for you, making it easier to fit them into your schedule.  

Confidentiality and comfort: A private setting can provide a more comfortable and intimate environment, especially for those who may feel self-conscious or vulnerable during this time.

Faster progress: With undivided attention and personalised instruction, you may be able to progress more quickly in your practice and achieve your goals more efficiently.  


If you book in blocks of 6 private fertility yoga classes, you will get:

  • A half an hour initial Zoom call to talk about your needs and goals
  • 6 fertility yoga classes that are designed specifically for you
  • 6 detailed practice notes to help your regular practice at home (in-person classes) or a recording of the class that will be available for you to view and practice until our next class (Zoom classes).
