Booking is now open for the new yoga courses after half term.
Here are the details:

De-stress with yoga

Monday, 12 pm
7 weeks, 1h classes.

The ability to regulate our nervous system is a large part of our ability to be resilient and to bounce back after everyday challenges or illness, emotional stress and fatigue. The yoga practices of conscious breathing and movement, mindfulness and reconnecting with our bodies all help increase our resilience. So in this course we will employ gentle movement and breath work to switch off the sympathetic overdrive that is our usual state nowadays. We will slow down to allow our parasympathetic nervous system to take over and our body to tap into its own tremendous capacity to heal and rebalance.

Investment for the whole course: £56
Trial class: £10 (If you want to continue this will be deducted from the full price of the course)

November 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
December 6th, 13th


Yoga for strength

Friday, 9:30 am
7 weeks, 1h classes.

Yoga is famous mostly for stretching but actually regular yoga practice can also build our functional strength. Anyone who has ever spent 5 breaths in Downward dog or Warrior pose can testify that it can be surprisingly difficult. This will be a more dynamic class in which we will look at some of the famous yoga poses in detail, will have some fun with no hands yoga, work on our upper body strength (we all need more of that!) and challenge our balance and coordination.

Investment for the whole course: £56
Trial class: £10 (If you want to continue this will be deducted from the full price of the course)
Class dates:
November 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
December 3rd, 10th, 17th
