Private yoga classes may be more suitable for you than joining a class for many reasons. Yoga can be adapted and practiced by people of all ages, all fitness levels and abilities in a 1-2-1 setting.
I love working 1-2-1 as this gives me the opportunity to share yoga according to your specific needs. We use a lot of props, adjust the pace and the complexity, we build up the poses so that you can gradually grow your practice.
In these sessions we work together as a team to achieve your goals. It’s not me teaching you shapes. My role is to support you and to offer suggestions of things that I think will be useful for you. The decision what you want to keep and how you want to practice is ultimately yours. I draw from more than 20 years practice and my knowledge about healthy movement, breath and relaxation techniques and together we are looking for the practices that work best for you.
My ultimate goal is for you to establish a yoga practice that addresses your needs, takes into consideration any restrictions you may have and works to reduce, alleviate or manage them, a practice that is pleasurable, realistic and fitting into your lifestyle.

I am 500h certified and I have taken many speciality trainings during the years. I teach Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga. Here are some of the areas that I can be of help in:

What shall I do if I am interested?
Do get in touch via my contact page and we will schedule a 30-minute Zoom call. This is an opportunity to ask any questions you might have, to tell me more about what brings you to yoga and what are you looking to get from it. And ultimately to see if we are a good match to work together. There is no obligation to book following that.
Where?
You can choose to have the classes in my home studio in Streatham Wells or we can do them online via Zoom.
How many classes?
You can book a single class, a block of 6 classes or any number of classes you wish.
How often?
Weekly classes work well in most cases but we can always schedule them according to your availability.
What happens if I can’t make a class?
We can schedule all the classes you wish to book at the beginning so you know the time is reserved for you. Of course we can be flexible if you need to make a change along the way. For my cancellation policy, please visit the Prices page.
What is included in the price of a block of multiple classes?
- 1h yoga classes, designed specifically to meet your goals.
- Detailed class notes with the poses you choose to practice on your own if we have the classes in person.
- A recording of each classes that will be available until the next one if you choose to have them online.
- Support with any questions regarding the yoga practice in between classes.
- A 20% off any massage booked during our work together
Do I need to practice in between classes?
Yes! This is essential! You can pick one or more things from the class and do them at home at least 3-4 times during the week. Significant changes will happen much faster if you practice regularly. It doesn’t have to be a lengthy practice, even 5 or 10 minutes a day are an excellent start.
Do I need anything for the classes?
If you choose to come to my studio, you will only need your yoga clothes and a yoga mat. I have all other props that we might need.
If you choose to practice over Zoom, in most cases you will need some props but nothing fancy that can’t be substituted with items from around the house.
