Many people think of poor posture, back pain and restricted movement as a normal part of ageing. However it doesn’t have to be that way.
One of the secrets to improving the way you sit, stand and walk is to develop a strong, supple core. Your posture, your gate and even the way you breathe are all linked to the strength of your core muscles.
A strong core supports us physically and emotionally, it aligns us with our centre of balance and power. Energetically our core helps connect with our sense of purpose in life, it creates perseverance and will to succeed.
In this course you will learn:
- What is the core and why is it so difficult to strengthen
- Why working out at the gym is not going to give you the core strength you need for good posture and healthy movement
- Ways to feel your core
- How the core is connected to your breathing
- Simple and effective strengthening techniques
- How does the core supports our posture
