This course is for you if you:
- Want to keep your back healthy
- Wish to improve your posture
- Are looking to understand how your posture affects your back
- Want to add some movement to your week
What will you gain in this course:
1st week: Pelvic support
- An understanding of how your pelvis supports your spine
- How to find neutral pelvis
- Release some of the leg muscles that might be affecting your posture and your back
2nd week: Core support
- The 360 degrees core and why it is so important for healthy back and good posture
- Simple and effective ways to strengthen your core
3rd week: SI joint
- The SI joint and posture
- How to rebalance your SI joint
- The most important muscles for healthy SI joint and how to strengthen them
4th week: Lower back
- Low back stability and mobility
- Flat back, hyper-lordosis or natural low back curve – self-assess your spine
- How to support the healthy spinal curves to protect the lower back
5th week: Upper back
- The stooping epidemic and how to open the chest
- Are your chest muscles pulling you down
- Upper back strengthening

February 6th
All classes will be recorded and you will be able to view the recording for 1 week.
