Yoga for breast health introduces movement that promotes breast awareness, reduces stagnation, enhances circulations and breathing, works on the general posture, tones the muscles and improves overall well-being. It is accessible for all and can be adapted to all abilities and needs.

Free your breath

In the Free your breath workshops we explore the way we currently breathe and look at ways to free more space in the ribcage and to become aware of and change dysfunctional patterns. We work to synchronise the work of the different muscles involved in breathing and to calm down the nervous system.
