- A half an hour initial Zoom call to talk about your needs and goals
- 6 fertility yoga classes that are designed specifically for you
- 6 detailed practice notes to help your regular practice at home (in-person classes) or a recording of the class that will be available for you to view and practice until our next class (Zoom classes).
