Fertility yoga supports you to conceive a baby no matter which path you choose. It offers a set of resources to help you with natural conception or to optimise other therapies, whether medical treatments or psychotherapy.

The practices nurture and enhance your health and wellbeing before conception and during the first trimester of pregnancy and can be adapted to your needs and level of fitness.

Fertility yoga draws from practices like stretches, breathing techniques, restorative poses, mudras, meditation, visualisations and affirmations.

Fertility yoga 1-2-1

Working 1-2-1 allows for a more personalised practice.

The classes will be tailored according to:

  • the different phases in your menstrual cycle
  • your energy levels
  • any specific issues you might have
  • what you want to develop and nurture in yourself
  • if you wish to include your partner in some of the classes

If you book in blocks of 6 private fertility yoga classes, you will get:

  • A half an hour initial Zoom call to talk about your needs and goals
  • 6 fertility yoga classes that are designed specifically for you
  • If the classes are in person, you will receive 6 detailed practice notes to help your regular practice at home
  • If the classes are on Zoom, you will receive a recording of the class that will be available for you to view and practice until our next class
  • A 20% off any massage booked during our work together

Fertility yoga group classes

Group classes are usually booked in blocks of 5 or 6 weeks.

Classes are 1h long, held on Zoom and you will receive a recording of the class that will be available to view for 1 week.

My story

I have been drawn to teach fertility yoga because of my own story.

It took my parents 6 years to conceive me. The story has a happy end but it is still a story of medical procedures and pain, anxiety and desperation and lack of proper support.

I have been practicing and teaching yoga for many years now and drawing from that experience I know that a regular yoga practice brings profound benefits in terms of stability, calm, strength, physical and mental balance.

Yoga in general addresses the integration of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions of being. And fertility yoga builds on that to support women and families on their journey to conceive a child.

Yoga is not a cure all but a practical way to awaken the inherent wisdom of our bodies and to make friends with our intuition, receiving the teachings of our heart.
