- Improved flexibility, joint mobility and physical performance
- Reduced stress and anxiety
- Grounded and balanced body and mind
- Deep relaxation
Thai massage can also help with headaches, knee pain, back pain, PMS, digestive disorders, shoulder and neck tension, joint and muscle pain, insomnia, other stress or trauma related conditions.
1.5h ad 2h Thai massage treatments can include oil massage on the back, neck and shoulders. Learn more about this option here.
Traditionally one treatment lasts 2 hours. I also offer 1.5 hour sessions and if you are in a real hurry you can also book a 1 hour session.
Thai massage is practiced on a comfortable futon on the floor and no oil is used. You can wear loose clothes or yoga type of clothing that allows free movement.
What people are saying:
Veselka is a natural born healer. Her calm and intuitive manner finds the root of any issue you may have. For example, I had a piercing back pain and after spending half an hour on my foot, the pain in my back disappeared! She has an extensive knowledge of the body and genuinely cares for whoever she is helping. I would highly recommend her for any treatment. She has an incredible gift.
